Cancellation fee

Cancellation fee will be charged due to personal circumstances after confirm reservation.

●48 hours or more    NO charge
●24hours to 48 hours 50% of service fee will be charged
●2hours to 24 hours 100% of service fee will be charged
●Less than 2 hours 100% of service fee and 5,000 yen additional charge

Cancellation without notify     Full amount of reserved time.

**Shortening of service time will be charged same amount of reserved hours.In case of poor health condition will be charged as well.
